Shipping Information

The Paperbacks will be shipped from Amazon. Tracking information will be handled through Amazon. Check your email after purchase. Merchants will be available soon. Merch items will ship within 5-14 days, depending on the item and availability. Tracking will be provided by email.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds on ebook purchases. Ebooks automatically download to your device of choice.

For self-publishing services, there is a NO REFUND policy. These are individual services for your publishing needs. Please email us with your specific needs and price. Payment is done in full or half down; then, the remainder will be due before the completion of the project. Cover designs will be completed within two weeks. If the time frame changes, you'll be informed by email.

Ghostwriting will require a $500 nonrefundable deposit. You will receive a Contract and questionnaire to fill out after purchase. You will be in contact throughout the whole process. The remaining balance will have a payment plan until the balance is in full. Once the balance is paid, the story will be released to you. The company has no rights to your story. If payment is not made in full, the story will remain Queen Ink Publishing property.

The author packages require a $250 nonrefundable deposit to begin service. A payment plan will be set in place for the remaining balance. All royalties are 100% the authors. As soon as an order is placed, time is precisely out of the schedule to adjust to your service, meaning other clients cannot take your place slot, which results in a loss of money for the business.

For mugs, there is a NO REFUND policy. For hoodies, if your merch arrives damaged please reach out within 24 hours so that we can correct the issue or refund.

Book Disclaimers

Please be advised that I do update my book covers and formatting from time to time. The content will always be the same, but the style/look of the book may vary from what you see on this site or Amazon. I'm updating my company and will do my best to keep the website up to date on the books. I'm transiting my e-books from Amazon to my site. You will find the newest versions here. 

Web Design Service

I always strive to ensure that my customers are completely satisfied with my work. My goal is to provide high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe. The amount of time it will take to complete your project will depend on its size and my current workload. For website design, the timeline can range from one to three weeks. Once I receive all the necessary information, I will begin working on your website. However, if the client fails to provide the website questionnaire within 7 days from the requested date, it will be considered a breach of contract/policy, and the project will be considered expired.


For the web design packages "Keep It Simple", "Make Me Over," and "Build Me Up" web package, a 50% deposit is required. Once the page is completed, the remaining balance is due during the final stage. You will have two free revisions after that for $25 an hour A questionnaire will be available on the confirmation page at the bottom once you make payment. Please fill it out with any content you want me to use so that I can begin services.

During the course of your project, I may send you a few emails to keep you updated on my progress. However, once the project is underway, communication will be limited, so there is no need to send daily emails or texts. If we had a consultation via Facebook Messenger or Instagram, please note that all further communication should be via email. I will provide you with a follow-up when an update is available.


"If I am creating your website from scratch, I will create a Wix account and make myself a Website Designer. Please note that I can only edit the site, and manage settings, and apps. I cannot access your inbox, contacts, or other sensitive information. If you already have a Wix account established, you can sign in to your account and add me as the Website Designer by sending an invite via email.

We encourage you to provide a final proofread draft for all the content that you want to include in your project, such as images, About Us and Contact pages. This will help us ensure that the final product meets your expectations. Please note that if you do not provide us with the necessary correspondence, payment, text, graphics or any other content required for your project within 7 days of the effective date of this agreement, your project will be considered canceled. In such a case, we will retain the entire amount of your payment as liquidated damages, and the contract will become null and void. Please understand that we reserve the right to stop working on your project if we do not receive the required information after the 7-day mark. If you still wish to continue with the project, we will require a new agreement and a new price quote. Moreover, we may charge you a fee of $150 to continue our services. Logo Design

If you need a logo design for your website, it will cost an additional $50. The design process takes two weeks, but it may take less time depending on the workload of our company's designer.
