Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Booking Notice Clients must book at least 24 hours in advance. Late Booking Requests Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit their appointment and payment. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. Appointments beginning more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled at Queen Ink Publishing's discretion. 💰 Refund Policy Due to the custom nature of consulting, branding, menu development, and business planning services, all completed consultations and delivered work are non-refundable. Service Delivery Policy All project timelines begin after: Client consultation is completed Payment is received Required information is submitted Turnaround times: Menu Design Package: 3–5 Business Days Food Business Launch Package: 5–7 Business Days Restaurant Launch Blueprint: 7–14 Business Days Waitlist Policy If an appointment becomes available, waitlisted clients will be notified in the order they joined the waitlist. Clients will have 12 hours to claim the available appointment before it is offered to the next person.
